'It's a Charade': Judge Pirro on Why Hillary Won't Be Indicted for Her Emails

Judge Jeanine Pirro reacted this morning to the news that Attorney General Loretta Lynch will defer to non-political subordinates on whether to bring charges against Hillary Clinton over her private email server.

The expected announcement comes after Lynch met privately with former president Bill Clinton, widely seen as a potential conflict of interest in the case.

The New York Times reported that Lynch was planning this course of action for months.

Her subordinates are still her subordinates no matter what decision she defers to them. She can still fire them and then vlaim it had nothing to do with Hillary. Plus, we don’t know what pressure Hillary herself can put on them. Regardless, Lynch has final approval of their decisions anyway.

I was also reading that this whole Clinton/Lynch thing could be a setup. It seems that if they can use that as an excuse to get an “Independent” prosecutor set up then that will put FBI actions on hold and delay things for years. And we all know how worthless Independent prosecutors turn out to be. They a bought and paid off like the rest.

I’m sure the Judge has the situation nailed, but there can also be a political crisis if indictments don’t come down. FBI agents will start to leak things. The poop will hit, for sure once stuff gets out. Obama does not care about the laws and the Clinton’s think they’re above the law, but push is coming to shove here. There will be political hell to pay if something sleazy goes down....there is just no two-ways about it. The Dems have got their ass in a sling and it’s just hard to imagine they escape this one.

The optimist in me finds it hard to believe that career military, law enforcement and intelligence officers are down with soebarkah’s transformation. There has got to elements in those agencies that have real problems with the cispanfluidwhatever freaks in the military, rogue deals with terrorist nations and the neutering of our defenses in the name of multiculturism. There has got to be some pushback..

I worry that Lynch said what she did because she knows in advance the fix is in to protect cankles and that the FBI has accepted its bit role in this Mega Kabuki Theatre.

The Clintons and other elites parse language to their legal advantage. They insulate themselves by using underling fall guys to take the rap if necessary. The classic Slick Willie line of " it depends on what the meaning of is is comes to mind. Clinton may not be above the law, but surely knows how to manipulate the law.

The question is what the hell are we going to do about it. Because sitting around just saying this so casually and repeatedly is doing little more than giving them a big old pass ourselves!

I don’t usually read the transcripts of Rush’s show but there is one linked on Dudge and I read it - called “we’re being played”. Whether or not we’re being played may or may not be the case but is there anyone more experienced in using their power to get away with high crimes than the rats and especially the Clintons?

Do they belong in prison? Yes. Did Bill go to prison for the treasonous decision regarding Loral? no. Was Hillary held accountable for Benghazi and all the lies along with it? No. Has Obama been kicked out of office for planting seedlings of terrorism in Amerian neighborhoods? No. Did the GOP ever care about any of this? Judging by their actions the answer has to be NO.

They can get away with anything. All we have is our one vote. Trump!

Unless we start removing the enablers in the GOP from office, there is little we can do.
My district removed our weasel Eric Cantor and I expected many more to follow suit and remove their multi-national politicians, but it hasn’t happened.
Unless we get a bunch more Dave Brat type representatives and stop re-electing Paul Ryan types, we will lose the country.
