No, the destruction that has been occurring since Reagan is pretty much bipartisan.
I think the First Ladies write a letter to each other. I think it’s a cool thing started with George and Martha Washington.
Both HW and W seem like good guys on a personal level, but they, nor we, cannot tell the difference between themselves and the Clinton or Obamas of this world. Politically, the Bushes, Clintons, and Obamas seem to be in the same camp. The only difference is the Bushes are on the right side of the Leftist camp.

Clintons and Bushes are two sides of the same coin, they go way back. They’re practically family.
