Stanford rapist Brock Turner due to be released three months early on Sept. 2

SAN FRANCISCO — A former Stanford University swimmer whose six-month sentence for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman ignited widespread outrage will leave jail three months early.

Online inmate records show 20-year-old Brock Turner is expected to be released from the Santa Clara County jail on Sept. 2. He was booked June 2.

County jail inmates serve 50% of their sentences if they keep a clean disciplinary record.

Calls to the county Department of Correction weren’t immediately returned Thursday.

Turner of Dayton, Ohio, was convicted of attacking the woman he met at a fraternity party in January 2015 and was sentenced last week to six months in jail and three years’ probation.

The sentence triggered criticism that a star athlete from a privileged background had gotten special treatment. Prosecutors had asked for six years in prison.

This is the kind of crap that fuels the “white privlege” meme the left loves to use..

To liberals, it makes sense to release him early for the expected good behavior. What are the chances he’ll run into an unconscious woman he can rape while he’s in jail? Also, the snowflake will have an escort the entire time, mainly to keep him safe from his fellow criminals, since so many ordinary, decent criminals despise rapists like this spoiled liberal parasite. He will have no opportunity to act up.

Is 3 months enough time for the victim’s parents and brothers (if any) to not want to administer their own ‘justice’?

Just in time to start campaigning for Hillary. Bill will recruit him as “My kind of guy.”

He’s in single cell protective custody. About as close to a vacation in jail as you can get.

Hillary laughing about getting the brutal rapist of a 12 year old girl 2 months in jail (time already served) instead of 40 years in prison.

I’ve seen more than a few FReepers supporting the rapist to know there’s something really wrong with this place.

I noticed that a certain liberal former Stanford star athlete originally from Dayton has tweeted nothing about Brock Turner.

Since the sentence is so short, he’s in county, will not even be sent to the actual penitentiary.

Exactly what I thought at first reading. Released in anytime less than 10 years and I, if I was a family member, would guarantee that Turner would actually not be free at all....
He would have to be on constant alert to a threat of violence equal to his raping of that young woman.

Exactly.

Brock Allen Turner. I hope people do not forget his name. Let the consequences follow him for years to come.

I am in principle against judicial torture. But. Does the victim have brothers? Seriously, they should break his legs.

No kidding. He’ll rape again and possibly escalate from that.
