The Clinton Foundation, directed by certain individuals and together with numerous affiliates, has been part of an international charity fraud network whose entire cumulative scale (counting inflows and outflows) approaches and may even exceed $100 billion, measured from 1997 forward.

While Trump and his court battle and problems with the clearly biased “judge” over some trumped up charges in re Trump University are all over the media, THIS from the LEFTIST LAPDOG media on the Clinton money laundering scam of American TAX SLAVES (aka “tax payers”):
Chirp...chirp...chirp...chirp...chirp...

This “Laureate University” scam may yet bite the Clintons on their more than amply exposed rear ends. Add in the Haiti hospital money disappearance and Trump has a bucket full of ammo. BTW wasn’t GWB also tied into that Haitian money scheme? There is enough crime and corruption to go around in both parties.

Bush was tied to some charity thing for Indonesia and a tsunami, but the difference is that Bush did not profit directly.
Throw in mention of the 6 billion Hillary lost while she was SoS.
GWB? Or GHWB?
IIRC, GHWB and Bill Clinton worked hand-in-glove to steal tens of millions in Haiti.
Jeb! and Bill Clinton were partners in shipping planeloads of cocaine into Mena, Ark.
Your hatred of the Bush's is well noted but to connect them with Clinton is beyond the pale.......Sheesh!
Never thought this site would be the new DU..........
I remember in the early 2000's shortly after Clinton left office, GHWB and Clinton were like inseparable buddies, traveling together to scam donors for one feel-good charity after another. I'm sure it brought back many fond memories of the time they did business together in Mena.
This is one of the main reasons why the Bushes will not only refuse to endorse Trump, but they'll work behind the scenes to make sure Hillary is elected.
The real mystery is why so many conservatives still run to the defense of the Bushes, in spite of their track record of covert and not so covert liberalism and the fact that they are as much the beneficiaries of cronyism and corrupt political machines as the Clintons.
I think I’ve seen a meme with Mark Twain, saying something about how, once people have been fooled, the most difficult thing in the world is to get them to admit they’ve been fooled.
The Clintons have never fooled anyone. They have simply been the leaders of the pro-abortion mob, the vast collection of people who will eagerly support any lie and kill anyone who gets in the way, and will pretend to be fooled. This same baby-killing mob pretends to believe in the “birth certificate.”
The Bushes’ approach to life and politics has been completely different. They have fooled good people. Note how, in office, no one has been more pro-life than GHWB and GWB. (Note how, once out of office, neither one has uttered a syllable about the killing of babies.)
Seems to me that the Bush strategy has always been one of campaigning as Reaganites and governing like Rockefellerites. GHWB promised to be Reagan's 3d term on the campaign trail in 1988, what we got instead was tax hikes, "most favored nation" trade status for China, and vocal attacks on the NRA. GWB promised a foreign policy based on national security rather than nation-building crusades, what we got instead was nation building abroad, speeches about Islam being the "religion of peace," and open borders for the US.
I think Ive seen a meme with Mark Twain, saying something about how, once people have been fooled, the most difficult thing in the world is to get them to admit theyve been fooled.
This is true, which is why people who've been defrauded rarely come forward and testify against the perpetrators. On the other hand, the fact that Jeb Bush came in near dead-last in the early caucuses and primaries is a sign that people are finally waking up to the Bush cabal's scamming of the conservative movement.
great post
Cruz has demonstrated that there are still millions of seemingly intelligent people who will believe in any Bible-banger who comes down the pike. I note how Steve Deace still believes Cruz was all set to turn the U.S. into a theocracy—as the founding fathers intended—even after months of Cruz’s lying. (That’s granting, for the moment, that Deace isn’t another dishonest Bible-banger.)
There was an important difference between GHWB and GWB. I saw the elder Bush’s liberalism to be mostly the result of passivity masquerading as pragmatism: he just went along with most of the liberal agenda because it was the path of least resistance. His sons, on the other hand, are much more “activist” - once their Rockefeller Republicanism and neoconservatism got repackaged as “compassionate conservatism,” they could aggressively push their Liberalism Lite agenda (”...see you at the signing!”) rather than just going along for the ride with the Democrats as the elder Bush did.
What I found most disturbing about Cruz's candidacy towards the end is that he started taking the ravings of Glenn Beck and some of his loonier supporters to heart. He really started to believe that he was some sort of Holy Man on a crusade rather than a "mere" Presidential candidate.
A agree with your assessment completely.
And Steve Deace is still a total Cruz slappy. Absolutely blind to all the craziness Cruz demonstrated, and still warning that Trump is Hitler.
