Police arrested a man for beating to death an ex-con who broke into his Morrisania apartment building, hit his wife and stripped off her clothes Monday night, police said.
Earl D. Nash, 43, broke into 1240 Washington Ave., near East 168th Street, about 9:26 p.m. and hit a 51-year-old woman across the head before taking off her clothes, an NYPD spokesman said.
The woman managed to break free and call her husband, Mamadou Diallo, 61, who was just outside the building and came to her aid, police said.
Diallo found Nash in a sixth-floor hallway and began beating him, police said.
Nash was pronounced dead at the hospital, police said....
Diallo and his wife have a 16-year-old son, according to a family friend.
"He's a good guy. He's been in this country 27 years and never had a problem," the friend, who asked not to be named, said of Diallo.
Nash has been arrested 14 times since 1997, according to an NYPD spokesman.

Yep, to the democrat party, those are called “voters” and reliable ones at that. To truly understand the democrat party policy on ex-cons, illegals, refugees, etc. one need only see the world through the prism of obtaining new voters. After all, when your policies have ruined the lives of the voters already living in the USA, you need to either import new ones or find a new domestic source (ex-cons and current cons).
I would have tortured the man a lot more before he died.

I read the entire article. If Diallo committed a crime, it’s not mentioned. As for the perpetrator, he was a career lowlife, and we’re much better off without him.
If Mr. Diallo killed this perp with his bare hands, then he should make a video about his weaponless beatdown method that the rest of us could use.
And yes, even a New York DA probably isn’t that stupid.
