Legislating morality is a messy business. The idea that men and women should use the toilet corresponding to their biology? Make sense to me, but how to enforce such a rule? Gender-specific ID cards? A weinie-checking doorman at every bathroom? No, thanks.
I think this whole flap is just to generate litigation - pervs suing for discrimination, straights suing for privacy, and lawyers buying luxury cars on both sides.
Communal showers/toilets may become a thing of the past. It'll be expensive but one-stall toilets may be the only remedy.
Individual showers/changing rooms? Way too expensive. Guess you go home in sweaty clothes after the game.
