Trump Would Set North Korea Straight as President

In an interview on Tuesday with news agency Reuters at Trump Tower, presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump revealed he is willing to “open talks” with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un. His goal would be to undo the nuclear weapons program in Pyongyang, as well as talk some sense into the isolationist state about their human rights atrocities. Giving some insight into how he would do it, Trump reveals he would start with China.

“I would put a lot of pressure on China because economically we have tremendous power over China,” Trump said, mentioning how China is Pyongyang’s only major diplomatic and economic supporter. “China can solve that problem with one meeting or one phone call.” China’s foreign ministry spokesman Hong Lei believes in this action, saying that Beijing “supports direct dialogue and communication between the US and North Korea. We think this is a very conducive thing to do.”

Hillary Clinton and her aides retorted claims that Trump’s foreign policies “made no sense” and they he has a “bizarre fascination with foreign strongmen,” in reference to Trump previously stating he has respect for Russian President Vladimir Putin. However, in the same interview, Trump debunks he will go easy with Putin if he is president, even if a mural depicts so. “The fact that he said good things about me doesn’t mean that it’s going to help him in a negotiation. It won’t help him at all,” Trump said. As for Hillary’s foreign policy? Well ...

Home Base Support is VERY high both in South Korea and Japan.

True, it’s not 100%, but in fact it’s very, very good.

Trump can absolutely deter North Korea world better than Obama, but SETTING THEM *STRAIGHT*...?

No, they are far, FAR too gone for that.

Probably MOST of their people do believe the lies about being embattled, etc.

As in little Kim being sent to the Principal’s office?

Nice idea to ‘talk some sense’ into Kim.

The Donald will, of course, require the services of a rather large team of psychiatrists.

Personally, I can’t imagine how they plan to get the North Korean leader to take his thorazine.

Hillary: “bizarre fascination with foreign strongmen,”

Yah? Let's appease these bankrupt countries that threaten us, as we do terrorist-Pakistan - another protege of China. This is what Trump is talking about when he says China is laughing all the way to the bank.

If he wins the White House, he should demand immediate return of the USS Pueblo.

Absolutely, no talks until the Pueblo is returned.
