Harvard University has deemed that any student in the class of 2021, the incoming crop of its freshmen, who joins a single-gender organization will be considered a pariah and will not be allowed to captain a single-sex sports team or be eligible for college endorsement for selective fellowships. Okay, the official edict did not mention the word pariah, but that seems to be the intention.

Single gender organization—does that include the football team?

What if the club were only open to men and transwomen who identify as men? Would that pass muster?

I don’t know if transwomen who identify as men is a thing yet, but it can’t be far away.

Harvard is determined to self-destruct. Good riddance.

Will Harvard allow “safe” spaces for people of color? How about organizations for people of color?

It amazes me that people brag about going to Harvard.

It's one of the Ivy Plague Schools.

This group, which has formed a slate of candidates for Harvard’s governing board, OPPOSES the university’s latest move in favor of “diversity”, as well as much of its “diversity” programs in general:

http://www.freeharvard.org

As an alumnus, I hav a vote on this, provided I complete it this week. I intend to vote for the entire insurgent slate, even though I do not agree wth their entire program.

However, I despise the feminazi scalawag Drew Gilpin Faust, as well as Harvard’s other feminiazi administrators. And I am opposed to “diversity” in general.

Harvard’s—and America’s— epitaph may be “died of diversity” if we don’t stop this now!!!!

It is interesting that Harvard’s leftist dictatorship is under attack at the same time as our nation’s. Go Trump!!!!

The female softball team?? When is some hotshot high school baseball player that was not good enough to play college or go pro, but a pretty good high school player going to demand to play on the girls softball team?? Under all their current rules, he would be allowed to play on the softball team.

Isaac Royall Jr. was a slave owner in the 1700’s.
Upon his death in 1781 he left Harvard College with a substantial gift which was used to create Harvard Law School.

In honor of his contribution to the school, the school’s seal was modified with addition of the Royall family’s coat of arms.

SJW Student groups have called for the Royall family’s coat of arms to be removed and that the Royall Chair of Law be renamed as well.

Harvard has told them to pick cotton.

Their football team is a bunch of hired hands just as it was more than a hundred years ago when Harvard recruited football players from the sons of immigrant factory workers.

Back then they wore little protection and many of the players were injured. Many of them died from football injuries. But that was okay. They were hired hands.

Now Harvard wants to continue to attempt to take the high moral ground and basically their goal is not the football team, it is the final clubs.

The final clubs are exclusively male and they are similar to the other clubs at Ivy schools, e.g., Scull and Bones.

It is possible that Harvard has bitten off more than it can chew. The final clubs have many alumni who are in a position of power. It is unlikely that Harvard can break them.

Let’s face it, anything that comes from Harvard is just plain Commie horseshit. As far as I am concerned, a degree from that horrid institution is not worth the paper it is written on. Harvard is the womb of disaster for the USA.
Crimson is really “Red” and it is paint that one cannot erase.

I am praying that the IRS will tax the endowment funds that Harvard, Yale and the other “Ivies” use to pollute the minds of those who matriculate there.

Fret Not.
They take a very small percentage of white kids. White young males are the most discriminated group in these United States.

The insurgent group - headed by Ralph Nader - will be worse. Be careful what you wish for.

If you think Harvard is liberal, the insurgent group thinks Harvard is too conservative.

Their football team is a bunch of hired hands just as it was more than a hundred years ago when Harvard recruited football players from the sons of immigrant factory workers.

Sure, guys like Francis Burr 1905 were hired hands. Raised in Brookline and attended Phillips-Andover Academy with all the other immigrant factory workers. Or the Canadian lawyer, Beaton Squires (same year). Also from 1905, Daniel Hurley who got a blood clot on his head, couldn't go on to Harvard Medical School. Just another factory worker's son.

Football in the early years was a rich kids game.

Actually Harvard has given in to the student activists. Harvard is removing the Royall family seal, even though their law school was founded on the money received from the family.

Going forward, any gifts to Harvard will include iron-clad restrictions on the use of money.

I wonder if the Royall family descendants will sue the school for return of their money.

Well, if Harvard students would only make a mess of Harvard instead of going forth and making a mess of the rest of the world the problem could be self-limiting, finally.
