The insurgent group consists of Nader and a bunch of conservatives—including some conservatives who are more radical than I am.
This was done deliberately—I read some articles about it.
And they all support freedom of association-—including the right to join final clubs without repercussion.
At Harvard, they would not get away with forming a slate of Trumpsters and Serbophiles, and expecting it to win!!!!
Harvard made a bargain with Faust?
No the really rich kids were not playing football. It’s too late tonight to look up the number of young men who died playing football but it was dozens, maybe more.
Seriously, Harvard recruited football players from the immigrate factories in places in Brockton.
The history of the sport is fascinating. The stadium was designed by McKim, Mead and White (Stanford White) to look like the Coliseum. Originally the field was to be about the size of a soccer field but they changed the dimensions to fit it into their new stadium.
The football team has never been like the Big Ten teams. It’s been a mix of regular students and those recruited to play. Very different from the hockey team. Very different from southern colleges. Harvard is trying to change that and has recruited many more minorities.
Now that I think about it, there is someone here on FR who writes about the history of sports and is now writing about football. Maybe he will see this thread.
Ahhh, the power of the purse. They can always give down river to MIT.
Poison Ivy?

harverd, yeale, princesdom, colombia, stamford, uccla... WHATTABUNCHACRAP.
Just look at the loser dildos who have ruined our country! They infested law, government, finance, judiciary, journalism, promoted political correctness, GLOBALISM, open borders, the homo-agenda.
It's time to trash the ivy plague!
HYP get a lot of press because they are the elite of the elite, but the lesser Ivies and other schools, even state schools, have been far more radical for much longer.
The incoming freshman class is the Class of 2021? Does it now take 5 years to complete a four-year degree at Harvard? And this is after they dropped the Latin and Greek requirements they used to have.
