One of the major planks in Donald Trump’s campaign platform, if not the top priority, has been a stalwart insistence that voluntary commerce and trade with other countries weakens America’s economy and costs American jobs. Moreover, he insists that he knows best how to manage it all in the best interests of America. Indeed, Trump has not only proposed slapping a 45 percent tariff on all goods made in China, and massive tariffs on other countries like Japan and Mexico, but he repeatedly declares that he will personally impose punitive taxes on Ford Motor Company if it follows through with plans to build a manufacturing plant in Mexico. He has also threatened punitive penalties against Apple Inc. if it continues making iPhones in China. I really wonder if Levin has any audience left. I used to be a BIG fan, but his almost psychotic trashing of Trump the past few months has made him completely unlistenable. Seems like since he launched that internet TV venture, he has become unhinged.
I’m predicting right now that after 4 years of a Trump presidency... a lot of these Trump naysayers on the conservative side are going to do a complete 180 and say Not only was I wrong I was radically wrong

If he convinces Congress to just drop the corporate tax to 15% that will solve a lot.

I dont think Levin could be more wrong. Being that Reagan had to go through the same crap with pundits, Levin would have probably decried Reagan as well. Levin’s leadership might contribute to us ending up with Clinton, which means at the moment his leadership is CRAP!!
