The Ninth Circuit got one right? Amazing!
But good for Sheriff Joe and America. Keep on kicking butt, Sheriff!

Isn’t this amazing. Law enforcement actually has to sue to enforce the laws while “immigrant rights advocates” run around defending a CRIMINAL alien criminal acts.
To: jazusamo
Common sense prevails! Just asinine that these advocates would argue that illegal immigrants have the same immunity from crimes as embassy staff.

It's so weird how this is all about Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
The voters in Arizona voted for these laws. Sheriff Joe Arpaio is just the only law enforcement officer honorable enough to enforce the law.

IF Sheriff Joe was up for it (thinking about his age, although he does seem to be in real good health), I’d love to see him nominated by President Trump as the next director of the FBI.

I still say that Arizona, and any other state affected by this invasion, should declare war on Mexico. The constitution gives them the right, and that should force the US govt to act!

Is someone seriously suggesting people should be allowed to steal other people’s ID and that a State can do anything about it?

I would consider moving to Arizona after hearing news like this...if it was not for the Arizona Republican Party.

Immigrant rights advocates? Washington Times... learn the facts and the meaning of words.
This case has zero to do with rights. It was totally about privilege. Th 14th Amendment guarantees equality of citizen privilege. Non-citizens are not covered by the 14th.
Licenses are a privilege. You don’t need a license to print the Washington Times. But you do need a license to drive on a public road.
We lose the war because so many have no clue what words mean.
