Yeah, thanks Dick Nixon for this rogue agency, created by executive order, the Administrator given Cabinet rank even though it’s not an actual ‘department’, it’s become a magnet for any and every kind of jackbooted federal thug to trample on the Constitution.
It needs to be abolished, totally.

You’d think with $6B in slush funds, they could manage to fix what they messed up. If a corporation or private individual did this, the EPA would bankrupt them for the cost, at a minimum.
A lot of these alphabet organizations in the US federal government are completely lawless because they were never authorized by Congress. Because of that they are technically exempt from oversight as they shouldn’t exist and technically don’t have real authority. That is how they get away with their lawlessness. Trump needs to become President and actually do away with some of these organizations beginning with every Czar who act as a surrogate Congress. I know people have stated this is impossible because of government unions and contracts and government lawyers. Even Reagan never downsized Federal government. In fact it doubled in size under his watch. I don;t care what people say.. Trump could fire or dismiss them with some kind of severance package and hold his ground and it could be done. Unfortunately the complete weight of the GOPe would likely come down against him on anything to do with cutting any Federal government job or agency.
Shouldn’t the criminals at the epa be forced to take some of that taxpayer money and pay for polluting the SW last year??? Criminals.
Money is allocated for cleanups, but the cleanup processes can last for years. So, in between the time the money is allocated and the cleanup is completed, the money is placed in segregated accounts to be drawn upon as work is contracted and completed.

The leftist dem-rino entrenched DC political establishment is stealing every dollar and cent of taxpayers monies as fast and as much as they possibly can. They throw promises and pieces of bread to the ignorant Americans who support and ignore them, they are the same, and laugh all the way to the bank to deposit stolen monies for themselves and their families and bureaucratic friends. Now, now, you know the usurper and his cronies used the Constitution for TP years ago. Guaranteed this doesn’t stop at the EPA but covers all gov agencies. Like him or not, Trump is a businessman and a businessman is what we need to clean up this mess politicians have created. We also need to imprison every agency head who has lined his pockets with stolen tax dollars.
The EPA needs to be totally disbanded and maybe, just maybe, replaced with an organization that monitors Only major violators of the environment, e.g. the new smokestack industry in town that is choking all the townspeople. Even That would be regulated by local uproar and free markets, but lofos don't get that. The EPA thinks your backyard is a wetland. That's got to stop. Did you know the EPA has their own police force, their own SWAT style units? Soft tyranny. .

Mr Trump PLEASE work with your new attorney general to appoint a special commission funded by the American tax payers to root out and prosecute every one of these criminals all he way up the ladder
