Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund has endorsed Speaker Paul Ryans primary challenger businessman Paul Nehlen for the Republican nomination of Wisconsins 1st congressional district.
[I]t is only after careful consideration, a thorough review of the incumbents record, much discussion with our grassroots activists, and a careful vetting of the challenger that we can announce our endorsement of Paul Nehlen for the GOP nomination for Congress in Wisconsins 1st district, Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund Chairman Jenny Beth Martin said in a statement.
Martin said the decision to endorse Nehlen over Ryan was not easy, nor something we take lightly but added that it was important to stand up for principles.
We were proud to help stir grassroots opposition to Speaker Boehner for years, she said, suggesting that the endorsement of Nehlen was similar to their protest of Boehner.

I like it!
HOORAY Paul Nehlen
That damned Tea Party again!/s
Too bad, so sad.
Buh-bye Lyin’ Ryan you cheese-eating surrender-monkey!
It CAN be done.
Excellent
This is good news!
Wisconsin businessman Paul Nehlen...
Another businessman hoping to eliminate a “professional politician”...Go Nehlan!!!!!
I sent $20.00 to Nehlen and I don’t live in WI. Come on, let’s donate to Nehlen. He only has about 3 months to raise money and defeat Ryan. Primary is August 9th.
Hope this guy can beat Eddie Munster - won’t be easy but it is doable.
Hate to be a curmudgeon here...
I am more than happy to make a candidate donation to Ryan challenger...anyone but Ryan, and the challenger seems solid!
However, Jenny Beth Martin came out VERY strongly AGAINST Trump at CPAC and on Fox.
Trump has been my candidate from the beginning, so I really am not comfortable giving her organization money.
Good to know there is going to be a primary challenger tho; and as i said, i will gladly donate to him :)
Finally a feel-good political story about which we can all agree!
Good news! Flush the Uniparty!
