No it is not "free of charge". We American citizens pay for it. So you don't want to use you employer provided Kaiser Plan which pretty darn good because there is a co-pay involved. I thought Obama said that illegals would not be covered by the ACA.

Illegal aliens with serious health issues SHOULD be given medical care provided by the feds - until their health is stabilized enough to transport them to the border for deportation.
