When Cruz was whining about him being in the Trump camp because Trump was always on his show, Hannity tweeted that he always invited Cruz, but he said that he couldn't show up. I learned at that point, if you are fair to Trump, Cruz considers you to be the enemy and in the tank for Trump.
Hey Rod, Yeah, Rush has been snarky to pro-Trump callers for many weeks now as you well know. He also seems to cut them off when they’re making strong points. He also provides pro-Cruz callers unlimited time to tout Cruz and trash Trump.
As you observed, I think we can definitely agree with Rush that we’re fed up with conservatives being trashed by the GOPe

I think we all know his record number of e-mails from last week was from pi$$ed of listeners calling him out on his B.S.!

FL again. FL was set up to help Jeb. The primary was moved earlier in the schedule and made winner take all because it was assumed Jeb would win. That win would then move Jeb to the head of a crowded field, the GOPe would loudly declare him the presumptive nominee and everyone else would bow out and let Jeb have it.
Rush never mentions that little factoid when he repeatedly brings up FL.
No kidding! He assumes that just because we're upset with the way the GOPe is fighting it's leading candidate we don't understand the rules. Or who the delegates are or how they're selected. We know all that Rush...the problem is that the party is actively engaged in thwarting the will of the people who have bothered to vote in the primaries.

Rush will probably lose 3-5 million listeners by the time this all shakes out. He is also showing contempt for the intelligence of his core listening audience. Last year, I probably knew of 2 dozen personal friends who listened to Rush regularly. From the feedback I have received, he has lost most of them, including moi.

One of my best friends is President of our local Republican club and that would never happen with us. He does everything by the letter of the law. He is a friggin’ lawyer.
He doesn’t even know the extent of Cruz’s delegate shenanigans which go back to at least May 2015 which we can document.

You are right and its clear Hannity is playing it straight. I have heard when he invited cruz who turns down a lot of inivitations.
He’s probably afraid someone will ask him how many gal pals he has.
