A good primary system would be to force proportional primaries on all (IE: no winner-take-all), no superdelegates, and petition states that have open primaries to go back to closed primaries.

Or else, go the other way; all states winner take all. I agree all states should be closed primaries. Here in Nevada, we have an open primary which is why we have a Republican caucus for president which, interestingly, Trump won, by about the same percentage Romney won four years ago. Whatever the rule is, it should be uniform across the country. There should be the same rules for all, same voice for all party members in all states; and the delegates bound to the candidate, no switching allowed until the candidate himself releases them. In other words, no funny business where delegates are concerned. Definitely no super-delegates and no favorite sons! It might not be a bad idea to have all the primaries on the same day, or maybe regional primaries, all closer together, so that all states matter. We need big reforms in the matter of primaries so we don’t see this kind of cheating again. And if we get brokered conventions, so be it. At least they will be honest brokered conventions!
