As a matter of fact, there’s a good question of whether the “traffic accident” that allegedly started the atrocity was an accident or a deliberate rear ending used intentionally to stop Smith’s car so the killer, who had a possible motive for murdering Smith, was able to get a shot at him.
Equally important, the HFL, by including the BLM crap, was impliedly supporting murderous violence against law abiding blacks by black criminals, the thing that killed Mr. Smith.

Payton is still an idiot. There many instruments one can use to murder. How about blaming the perpetrator.
Have you seen the video? More like a BUMP and run. Doubt there was a scratch on the Hummer, but this is about short tempered,go-for-the gun types who will kill with little or no provocation. It could just as well have been some poor unknown schmuck tapping the perps tank who got executed for it. Happens every day. Looks like the perp intentionally stopped short too, forced a collision with a ‘rich guy’s car. The plan was probably to rob as soon as the ‘hit and run’ guy stopped .Common practice.Perp was a career criminal( should he have had a gun?);but victim didn’t stop, daring to further ‘disrespect’ the thug.Not saying the football goon wasn’t just as ready to go for a gun-he might have been when faced with common street thug-but seeing as how he was shot in the back, he was no match for the street criminal. Football makes this a ‘big deal’- happens every day on the streets of New Orleans. Same story, different names.
Payton can help to stop the madness by lobbying to disarm all the stadium guards.
