The Colorado Caucus was March 1st.
The news is that Trump did not even try to win the 4 unbound delegates, and Cruz won them all.
The GOPe is the functional equivalent of the DemocRATs.
I’m not prepared to accuse the Cruzers yet, but, how is it that Cruz ends up with all of the delegates, without a single vote of the party at large being cast?
I don’t think they want Cruz either....he’s just the vehicle. I suspect that this is the handiwork of Romney & Co... with an assist of Bush & friends.
Mathematically Cruz is toast, he can’t win enough delegates to secure the nomination outright, and people keep saying he wins on a second ballot.
I don’t believe that he wins on a second ballot, though that seems to be his strategy.
I suspect that it’s Romney who gets foisted on us again because his paperwork as a candidate in 2016 has already been filed.
This is all about Amnesty, you know it is, based on the Boston Globe “deportation” front page.
The GOPe is looking to change their voters just the same as the democRATs are. They all hate whitey, and they are willing to destroy the nation as founded to get their way.
How can anyone supporting Cruz call themselves a conservative of the Constitution? Did our founding fathers support cutting out of the voter and having convoluted back room politicians decide our candidates?

Laws and a system created by those in power to maintain their power, does not make the rules morale and right.
Companies use tax loopholes and twisted laws to cheat the taxpayer too, criminals get off of crimes because of technicalities...so does that make it right?
If you truly love your country, this is the last chance we will have to take it back by a non violent process.

There was” no caucus?” What is that supposed to mean? Can anybody put this in writing? There weren’t a lot of Trump supporters that showed up for the March 1st caucus, so therefore, Trump did not get many delegates elected to the Assembly, I’m guessing 300-400 out of 3,900 at the Statewide Assembly. Only 4 Trump people showed up in my precinct (I was chair). Only one was even WILLING to fill any of the 4 Assembly slots, but he only got 4 votes.

Ted Cruz will simply never get past the fact that a strong majority of voters recognize him for the pure, glorious, smirking little asshat that he is.
What a silly post. Is it the fault of Cruz that CO chooses this method of delegate selection? Or is it Trump’s fault for letting his ego get in the way thinking himself to be the smartest man in the room when he knows zilch about the political process? Or policy, but I digress. THIS is who you want running things that didn’t have the sense to hire experts to help him?
