“See how satire conceals the truth within?”

Yes, the satire around here is sometimes so good my BP goes up before I realize it’s just satire. But the kernels of truth within are usually bad enough.

How did you like Sinop?

Well, those willing to lay down their lives for their friends are covered! :) Those responsible for their deaths, another scenario.

Traditional roles in society are mostly nature driven although some are nuture driven...

having babies, nursing babies, raising babies and children is a traditional mothers role...a woman's role...that role has been devastated by the need for women to work outside the home to keep the family in food and shelter and it also has been devastated by this cockamamie idea that fathers can be mothers, which they can not be, helped along by a fanatical probably homosexually based "men's rights" cabal....

so why would we be surprised that young women will be sent to combat?.....its logical....men are the same as women and women are the same as men....right?

in a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is revolutionary...

Oh goodness, ain't that the truth? My wife would eliminate flat surfaces if she could - she says they give me too much space to put 'stuff'. I keep trying to get her to understand that her 'cleaning' is just putting my stuff in less conspicuous places...it goes on and on... HA!

Granted this is GB but you know this is also the agenda of the current administration

Kemp: "Other than equal opportunities the Government has failed to put forward any arguments for lifting the ban on women in the infantry. That is because there are none. This foolish move will reduce the capability of the infantry, undermine our national defences and put lives in danger."

THAT IS THE REASON
from Daily Mail on Kemp's article:

"A Ministry of Defence spokesman said: “The MOD is undertaking a review to establish the physical standards required for ground close combat, which is due to complete in 2019.

"'It will be based upon the principle that any standards will be related to the required role rather than individual characteristics.

'No decisions have been taken and any claims of what this will involve are pure speculation.”

Colonel Kemp has previously argued that women lack the 'killer instinct' necessary to fight in close combat."

As if reality about serious combat has anything to do with this?

I have to know where my crud is. I absolutely HATE wasting time looking for crap. I want to be able to find it in the dark. When you are cooking or under fire, time is of the essence. Relatively speaking.

The Ministry of Defence admits it is reviewing military physical fitness standards ...

The MoD denies that standards will be reduced,

If the standards are not going to be reduced, why are they being reviewed?
