Vehicular homicide is not even enough for 0bama and his thugs to deport illegal aliens and his thugs say it's not required by law. The lawlessness of this administration is pathetic.

You can bet if you gave him a necktie party to correct the oversight, the government would be ALL OVER YOU like a cheap suit.

I wonder if they’d detain me if I committed vehicular homicide.
Probably not [/s]

If we cant detain illegals for this I dont see how we can detain actual citizens.
I guess we can run over all federal agents now whenever we want or need to.
You can bet if these illegals ran over a fedgov thug they would be detained.

She should be one of the first Obamanistas to be fired by a president Trump or Cruz or Freddy Kruger (and I’m not very particular here who does it, just that they do it).

Nobody’s talking about what a local screw up it was. Is this the opposite of sanctuary city, a whiny why didn’t you stop us city?

...and she said shes notified all of her bureaus nationwide to do a better job of evaluating people theyre called to detain. Typical bureaucrat.
How about telling her managers to do their job, not play at managing their job!

ACCORDING TO THE GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO
IN A SWORN AFFIDAVIT TO A US COURT, MEXICO SWORE
THAT MEXICANS ON US SOIL ARE MEXICAN CITIZENS.A sworn affidavit by Mexico/s Consul General to a Texas court asserts that Mexico/s official govt policy is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access our generous welfare system......
declaring that Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing. A footnote states that Mexican nationality is granted to children born abroad of a Mexican born parent. IOW, anchor babies born in the US retain parents Mexican nationality.
The Mexican consul/s sworn testimony asserts that: "My responsibilities in this position include protecting the rights and promoting the interests of my fellow Mexican nationals, and, that the main responsibility of consulates is to provide services, assistance, and protection to Mexican nationals abroad."
=========================================
NOTE This also wipes out anchor babies......and DHS Secy, Jeh Johnson and Obama who say illegals have essentially "become American" b/c they go to school, have licenses to drive, and can even practice law in California.
