Well, if they set the precedent, then there’s no barrier to prosecution of liberals for being liberal. After all, if you’re that stupid, consumption of oxygen by breathing actually becomes theft! If there were more oxygen available, a conservative might have consumed it and produced a useful thought.
Meanwhile Soros pays folks to riot and then pays their bail and lobbies for charges to be dropped and not even a hint of a RICO.

As mentioned in related threads, the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for INTRAstate environmental issues. So the feds have no constitutional authority to make punitive laws for those who disagree with the corrupt feds about PC climate change issues imo.
