North Korea’s not going to nuke anybody. Fat boy and his minions enjoy their perks, and they’re not going to take any chances of losing what they’ve got. What they’ll do is act insane and hope the other powers will swallow the bait and give them money to pacify them. Frankly, I think the Chinese are too wise to play that game.
Time for a spring cleaning...

South Korea, partly through its many churches, is trying to develop programs to be prepared to take care of the North Korean people if there is a collapse. And the S. Korean government has all sorts of plans in place or being developed to get ready for that if it happens. But, yeah, it could be bad. S. Korea sees the collapse as inevitable at some point.
Someone should tell Lil Kim to go ahead and nuke china and show the USA just how powerful he is.

As the NK leadership gets ronerier and crazier, they may decide that it's going to topple sooner or later, and maybe it's best to rip off the bandage quickly and immediately.
I can easily see that happening. And the Chinese and South Koreans will coordinate it, in exchange for getting the US out of the picture.
