Brawl at Davenport restaurant escalates to break-in, assault

Four people were arrested early Tuesday after allegedly breaking into the home of a women and attacking her with a stun gun following a brawl at a local restaurant.
According to Davenport police, officers were called about 10:30 p.m. Monday to Checker's, 2310 W. Kimberly Road, for a large fight.
Kiara Nathaniel, 25, of Davenport, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct by fighting. Officers identified Shaquille Litt, 19; Lameisha Moore, 20; Breanna Thompson, 20, all of Davenport, as also being involved in the fight and fleeing the scene when police arrived...

Things have really gone to hell in Davenport and Dubuque. The cops will care of business only as far as the councils, mayors and city managers let them, and the attorney/judge cabal puts the problems back on the street. It isn't incompetence, it's a plan.
