Sounds like your typical DA and Judge pair that many of us have had to survive. I’d do it again and face a jury of my peers if it did not get cleaned up after the crooked DA and Judge(s) had their faces shoved into the facts of the defensive shooting.

There are some really stupid and evil officials in charge of things way over their heads. Stupid candidates + stupid voters == stupid results every time.

Washington state has a law if a person was prosecuted and found not guilty because of self defense, then the State of Washington "shall" reimburse the defendant for all reasonable costs, including loss of time, legal fees incurred, and other expenses involved in his or her defense."
