There's no playbook for Democrats when it comes to the real estate mogul who grew up in the hothouse of the Big Apple's tabloid media.
Yet, as Clinton and Trump veer closer to their party's 2016 presidential nominations, the former U.S. senator from New York is getting some advice from her inner circle.
They're citing Clinton's brief Senate match-up against Rudy Giuliani, the Brooklyn-born former New York City mayor who spent several months testing the waters against Clinton in early 2000.
"That is the perfect race for this," said Neera Tanden, who was Clinton's deputy campaign manager at the time. "There were no issues in that race — he's a bully, Donald Trump's a bully," said Tanden, who went on to serve as a top Clinton policy aide in 2008.

Clinton has indicated she'll avoid directly tangling with Trump, who sharply attacked her husband's extramarital history after Clinton suggested late last year that he was sexist.

If it comes down to who really has ‘the fire in the belly’. Clinton is in it to win it like no one since Reagan, or maybe Nixon. “It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog”. Does The Donald want it as bad? He is as much or more the master of the media, loves a good brawl, brings a gun to a knife fight and understands the American People like few since P/T Barnum. But if he loses, his life goes on, maybe even more famous, maybe with only 7 billion instead of 8 in the bank... IF Clinton loses it’s over for her.
I do not care for Cruz, but with Trump my opinion is that he has one religion- ‘Trump, and one political party - ‘Trump’. At least that renders hime quasi rational, predictable and unlikely to start Armageddon, because if everyone is dead how cane Trump be famous and rich? And I’ll take that over a ‘true believer’, anyway.

During the general election, all Hillary will need is enough voting machines that will indicate a “Hillary vote”, no matter who else the voter was trying to vote for. That and Hillary not going to prison, before the general election. It’s beyond profoundly pathetic that the GOP is more than capable of losing this race, when it should be a cakewalk for them!
I hope no prosecutions happen until after President Trump is sworn in.
Then we will see something as close to justice as we’ll ever get.
Until then, even will prosecution she’ll get a pardon.
