Ted Cruz’s campaign is finished; it died with his political suicide on March 11, 2016
The Coach's Team ^ | 3/19/16 | Kevin "Coach" Collins

Last Friday night, because of threatened and actual violence from the likes of Black Lives Matter, Bernie Sanders supporters, Moveon.org, George Soros paid-for La Raza and even Bill Ayers, Donald Trump was forced to cancel his rally in Chicago.

Naturally in short order the cable networks (including Fox News) got comments from each of Trump’s opponents in the Republican primaries. When I saw Ted Cruz getting ready to speak my stomach tightened. I am a strong Trump supporter but I have a deep respect for Cruz’s intellect and quick wit. I honestly thought he would say something like “I disapprove of what Donald Trump says, but I will defend to the death his right to say it,” thereby coming off as a statesman and defender of the 1st Amendment, stealing the moment and perhaps even the following Tuesday’s primary elections.

To my immense relief and satisfaction he did not. He immediately launched into an attack on Trump that could have been made by (and to a great extend was) by Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.

I was mesmerized by what I saw and enjoyed every word. I soon found myself yelling, “Go Teddie go!” as Cruz dug himself a hole and committed political suicide on national television.

The following Tuesday, Ohio, North Carolina, Missouri, Florida and the Norther Marianas voted. In Ohio John Kasich won and therein came another blow to Cruz, however veiled it was.

In Ohio and Missouri a cursory look at the voting maps shows that Democrats crossed over to vote for both Kasich and Cruz. In both states they drew their greatest support from Democrat strongholds. Nevertheless, the clear exception came in Missouri where the Trump color was (red), the area around Ferguson and St. Louis glowed bright red. In Ohio and Missouri the college-town Democrats...

Why, everyone knows that if a dual citizen, FOR EXAMPLE CANADA AND THE USA, rejects the foreign country Citizenship (CANADA) at least 2 years before the U.S.A.’s election for the Office of President, then all is good, don’t they?

All you have to do is examine the Official trail of citizenship documentation from Canada to the U.S.A to quickly see that there is no problem, dont’cha know? These documents will be made available to the voters in the U.S.A. in ___ days, won’t they?

Oh please- I'm not voting for Cruz for what he says. Or if he may have said something better. I'm voting for Cruz because of what he's done in defending our Constitution, pro life, and religious liberty.

But here we go again with the over the top hysteria because of something Cruz said- This from Trump's people - who tell us to overlook every controversial thing Trump has said, (including his latest "there might be riots" comment, if he doesn't get the nomination).

To be fair-Trump's statements aren't why his people support him either. They back him for his business experience and success, and strong stance against illegal immigration.

IMO-This article is a waste of time, this angle of attack has already been used ad nauseum.

Nobody is changing their mind on either side.

Stop with that BS. Geller put on a side show, a comic convention for whoever could mock the Muzzies God the best. We can have free speech without resorting to that level of BS, IMO.

But it worked for Geller, she got the predicted attention and response she wanted, right? She made her point, and luckily no cops or participants were killed in the process. We already know we can draw cartoons of basically whatever the hell we want. We don’t need Geller telling us this.

But she is free to to do this whenever she wants and you can blame Trump for having an opinion of that BS. So there ya go.

Yeah, Coach is wrong. Cruz LOST the campaign the day he let GLENN BECK hijack his campaign.

Didn’t have a straw poll in Colorado either. Elected delegates to county and state conventions et cetera. The GOPEE wants controls here too. They can give all the 37 CO delegates to Mickey Mouse, Kasich, or Bozo the clown. It won’t do the GOPEE nothing in stopping Trump.

Right now Trump has 678 delegates and everyone else has 742. There are also 37 from Wyoming and 18 more from Colorado that, from listening to reports, are very likely to go to Cruz. That means the Non Trump people have about 800. Cruz will win Utah so that is 840.

That means it Trump loses 400 delegates going forward he will be short.

My guess is Trump ends with around 1050-1150 delegates. Tuesday will determine a lot. At this point it you give Republican delegates a choice between Trump and Cruz, Cruz will win.

I would challenge you to juxtapose the words Geller and Trump and see if the sentences still make sense.

I think they will because Trump has said far more harsh things against Muslims and yet no one including cruz would rationalize or justify going to his rallies with ak 47s and trying to kill people.

Yet this is something Geller provoked according to Trump.

It does not make sense.

Trump does not believe in the first amendment. Cruz on the other hand has actually won supreme court cases in favor of our first amendment rights

Just what have they accomplished since being elected? Nothing.

Since being elected? Last time I checked, Conservatives have been losing to GOPe candidates - Cruz being a rare exception. With Cruz, we have a Conservative who has actually stood up for Conservatism while opposing the GOPe. He would be the first Conservative GOP nominee since 1984. Yet with Trump, we have someone who does not champion Conservatism, and who has supported GOPe candidates against TEA party challengers.

The bottom line is that Conservatives have been sold out by Boehner, Ryan, and McConnell. And Donald Trump will do nothing to fight it.

If Trump wins, conservatism in America could be finished.

You can always leave like all of those leftist celebrities who swear they'll get out if Trump wins. You consider that option?
