One Saturday morning I had one of the plant janitors come get me since part of the lights in the janitor/tool room would not come on.
After some headscratching I had a flash of insight and got the crankup lift-—we were too cheap to have a powered one-—got up by the roof for a looksee. Our roofing repair contractors had just left for the weekend and I pound a black three inch drywall screw driven through the metal roof and right into a conduit.
Had to leave it for the building maintenance guys on Monday.
It appears to be the same guy.
Here is an article with some insight on the situation:

Dang!
Our fighter planes could just dump lead pellets from on high to strafe the ground!
Why waste gunpowder?
Wooken pah nub!
Something seems to be just WRONG with this image...
One retired officer that I talked to said that the "gun on campus" has become the new "bomb threat". Bomb threats became so ubiquitous in the 70's that severe penalties were put in place and enforced, for people calling in fraudulent bomb threats. The cost of institutions being forced to shut down for hours at a time is enormous.
But "Gun!" threats are politically correct.
Can we still yell "FIRE!" in a crowded theater?
