Bernie Sanders pulled off his biggest win of the Democratic presidential race on Tuesday, defeating Hillary Clinton in the Michigan primary on a night which also confirmed strong anti-establishment support for Donald Trump in the battle for the Republican nomination.
In an industrial state hit hard by the decline of manufacturing, the Vermont senator’s consistent opposition to free trade deals appears to have been a decisive factor, but he also showed signs of weakening Clinton’s dominance among African American voters.
The shock victory – by a margin of around 3 percentage points when his win was first projected by Associated Press – comes despite Sanders trailing the former secretary of state by an average of 21 points in recent opinion polling.

This happens after CNN’s All-In-For-Hillay pundits spent the entire last seven days repeating that the Dem Primary was over, and that it was time for her to pivot to attacking TRUMP.

Nate Silver :In the famous New Hampshire upset in ‘08, Clinton trailed Obama by 8 points. Big upset. But today, Sanders trailed Clinton by *21* and won.

Clinton spent a fortune on ads in Michigan, she has to be steaming in her pant suit.
She will probably still get more delegates due to the 17 super delegates.
And she destroyed Sanders 83%-16% in Mississippi. She’ll get 37-4 in delegates.

That fact that Shrillary can get soundly beaten by this washed up socialist shows what a weak candidate she is. Not to mention the fact she had her head handed to her by a community organizer from Chicago 8 years ago. She will get absolutely trounced by a Donald Trump.
