Cruz is not a “GOP insider.” That’s a ridiculous claim.
ridiculous? humm, anyway, i’m using “insider” (note the quotes) as a relative term. cruz being more of an “insider” than trump to the gope.
Thank you. It’s unbelievable to be reading things like that here, and I say that as someone who would happily vote for Trump or Cruz.
Not an insider??
Worked the Bush recount in 2000 (where he met Heidi who was working for the Bush campaign) and was placed at the FTC implementing the Bush free trade agenda. Heidi was placed at the CFR working for Rice for her efforts.
After the FTC, Cruz was the legal counsel for John Boehner.
Cruz fundraises in the Houston area at a country club owned by the Bush family - even when Jeb was running.
Paul Ryan, closely tied to Romney and Priebus, was literally installed as speaker by The Freedom Caucus, an invitation only group formed by Cruz as a bridge between senate and house. Why? Just go read the joint op-Ed authored by Ryan and Cruz lobbying for TPA.
Omnibus: Cruz was allowed to vote no, once the whip count was known for political cover by McConnel. As the VP of the NSRC, Cruz channeled $250,000 to McConnel’s campaign as a way to earn favor from the inside, and defeat Bevin.
The Bush campaign finance team joined the Cruz campaign. Nothing says outsider more clearly than that one. Bring in the Bush money men, donors, etc.
Yup. He’s an outsider. And I’ve got some Nigerean prince that wants you to invest with him.
... and if the TRUMP supporters would just listen to their master Trump, they would hear that from Trumps own mouth..
TRUMP has stated over and over again that Cruz is not LIKED by all the other senators ... and he needs to learn to " cut a deal" with them... HA...
Does that truly sound like Cruz is part of " them"?
TRUMP is more a part of them than anybody..
It use to be a ridiculous claim, not after Thursday. Cruz knew damn well the “Cartel” was going full Mississippi on Trump and he joined right in.
He and Ronney/McCain/Rubio can stick it.
