If trump wins Puerto Rico. To me that would be amazing and quell all the trump can’t win Hispanics nonsense. We’ll see. I hate the anti-trump nonsense the last few days. Anyone else getting that would be dead in the water. I wish the debates were over. They are worthless. Another one this week? Ugh! I love politics but the debates are horrible. I may not watch which would be a first. All they are is a bash trump event.

I read recently that Ted had worked these territories hard since they count just like states toward the 8 wins required under Rule 40.

I also think Ted’s win in Kansas is no surprise since Kansas is right behind Iowa in heavy evangelical voters. Sanctorum won Kansas in 2012 and Huckabee won it in 2008. Neither man did much after that.

Dont let anyone say FOX opposes Trump. Putting Romney on FOX is clearly an attempt to help Trump.

No Polls, but I don’t know why Trump would win this.

I would think both Cruz and Rubio are going to do well here.

•If a Presidential candidate receives 50% or more of the island wide vote, that candidate receives all 23 delegates.
•Otherwise, the delegates are allocated to each candidate receiving 20% or more of the island wide vote in proportion to the total vote of all candidates receiving 20% or more of the island wide.

Rubio is going to win. He’s the only one who has been courting them, and he has been for months.

Which is fine, he can have a meaningless scrap of delegates to keep him holding onto hope until he gets crushed in Florida. LOL

I thought the Puerto Ricans were in New York and New Jersey. It’s a bankrupt Democrat stronghold.

If Trump wins this (which he should)

On what basis are you convinced that Trump should win Puerto Rico?

I am a Trump supporter but I see Rubio as the most likely winner there. They usually tend to go with the GOPe candidate. So unless they are as mad as the electorate here, that would be my guess. I say let Rubio win big there and take all of the delegates. At least the entertainment from it would be to see him getting all excited and proclaiming that he is still relevant.

But if Trump wins, even better.

Can select delegates but can't vote for President.

Although the Republican Party and Democratic Party chapters in Puerto Rico have selected voting delegates to the national nominating conventions participating on U.S. Presidential Primaries or Caucuses, U.S. citizens not residing in one of the 50 States or in the District of Columbia may not vote in Federal elections.

Strange.
