Actually, it sounds like more than a "little ruckus". It's a felonious attack on a couple of seniors walking down the street. It involved multiple injuries to his head and eye. That's what we call a threat to life or serious injury, and it's grounds for using deadly force. At least the prosecutor got that part right.

They look like a couple of young, white punks that should be dead. If one got shot in the stomach and then walked away like I've seen in the tape, the old man "Sal" needs to get a better load for his 45.

A lot of Philadelphia residents don’t know that a PA CCW permit is good there. I have had a PA CCW for almost 20 years and always carry except very rare occasions when I absolutely have to enter a “gun free” zone. Like a school or a post office. PA’s CCWs are good in 33 states.
