After being corrected on the Better Business Bureau rating of Republican presidential frontrunner Donald J. Trump’s claim that his now-defunct Trump University received a D- rating, Trump offered debate moderator Bret Baier something new.
During a commercial break, Trump handed Baier a fax from the Better Business Bureau using a new rating, captured on video by Independent Journal Review: At the debate in Detroit, Michigan, Trump took heat for the class action lawsuit against his failed for-profit college.
The results of Trump’s new Better Business Bureau score were not publicized during the debate, as the candidates made their closing remarks following the transaction.

So, he mixed up H-1B with H-2B, or whatever, big frickin’ deal. The media and Cruz/Rubes got the Trump school crammed up their butt... so, which is the worse fault.

The truth doesn’t matter. It’s the seriousness of the charges that matter to Liberals.
Because he handed her a copy of an old New York Better Business Bureau for Trump Entrepreneurial Initiative and not Trump University. When Trump changed the name in 2011 Trump University had a grade of D- from the New York BBB. When Trump changed the name then the old grade was dropped and it was considered a brand new company and it starts with a A rating. Currently Trump Entrepreneurial Initiative has no grade from the New York BBB because they believe it has gone out of business - Link.
Cruz couldn’t survive 10% of the attacks Trump is getting.

Ok! So when it was TRUMP UNIVERSITY it got a D rating, but after it became TRUMP ENTREPRENEUR INIATIVE it got an A rating for the time it has been the Trump Entrepreneur. That doesn’t erase the fact he got a D rating under Trump University.
That ain’t the BBB rules I’ve dealt with. It isn’t the name it’s the principals - all companies all names - who owns it is what they care about it and if corporate, who owns the shares or membership interests. Been there. Done that. I know.

Really? You’re going to hang your hat(s) on this NEW BBB report? The two reports are for two DIFFERENT companies. Trump University, LLC is NOT the same company as Trump Entrepreneurial Initiative. This is how The Donald runs his businesses. One gets in trouble, so he defuncts/bankrupts that one, changes the name (or creates a new one) and does the old shell game misdirect, saying “...nothing to see here...”. Of course the new business hasn’t been in business long enough to get any significant complaints so it gets a clean report card. This is just another Trump scam.
BBB rating aside, I know the “fraudulent business practices” investigation in Texas was dropped when he ceased operations here, but what of the NYS one or the NYS “operating an educational institution without a license” one? Are they still ongoing?
No, he’s making that up. The fact is, there can be no accurate rating unless the firm provides information which Trump said they did not do until they became aware it had a D rating and after they provided information it was elevated to an A rating. This is true with DUNS and any similar ratings agency and as can be seen at the bottom of the document when it was “Trump University”, the BBB had only received ONE complaint within 3 years and it was closed.
Total non-issue.
As long as I pay the BBB I have an A+ rating. Of course I haven’t had any lawsuits against me.
So what grade are they giving them?
Is this all they have? Trump has somewhere around 100 businesses and we worry about 1....

She did acknowledge receiving the form and discussed the fact that after the state of NY got them to rename the business since it was not a university, and at the time had a D rating, it did become very well run and achieved the A rating.

The new report is a phoney as Zero’s Hawaiian B.C. The report says the grade was “raised” (in ITALICS). The italics were obviously added by the counterfeiters because they wanted to draw attention to that word. A genuine report would not have italics. Furthermore, the alleged report says BBB reports are not to be used in advertisements or promotions, but Trump did it Anyway. Obviously, rules don’t apply to him.
