The new report is a phoney as Zero’s Hawaiian B.C. The report says the grade was “raised” (in ITALICS). The italics were obviously added by the counterfeiters because they wanted to draw attention to that word. A genuine report would not have italics. Furthermore, the alleged report says BBB reports are not to be used in advertisements or promotions, but Trump did it Anyway. Obviously, rules don’t apply to him.

I haven’t followed this closely but it appears that TRUMP did not present it to promote himself but to refute a previous public announcement?
