I really don’t understand this. It’s not hard for a good-looking (or even not-so-good-looking) teacher to get laid. Go to the local bar, you can pick up a young guy no problem I’m sure. Why risk getting arrested for getting it on with a minor, esp one in your school? Yes she’s married, and even if there’s some problem with the husband, WHY choose a minor/student..?
I’ll volunteer to help them out (the non-married ones) with this!

Ya know, I've wondered something along those lines, myself. Several time, honchos where I worked got cleaned out in a divorce by their wives, for dipping their pen in the company ink. Every single time, the "other woman" involved was - bluntly - nothing special. I knew most of them. Nice, pleasant ladies, but all middle aged, or on the wrong side of middle age. Not unattractive, but not attractive either. Just average cubicle dwellers that you'd find in any business.

Yup, exactly. Your scenario, at least the other lady was of age, and there’s potential for feelings developing from the work relationship, or something. Still stupid, but more understandable. I don’t know why they would do it though, eventually she’ll get jealous and blab, or someone is going to find out. But going for kids, risking jail time, is ridiculous, doubly stupid..
