Mitt Romney ripped into Donald Trump today, calling his candidacy a case of "evil trumping good.”
"A person so untrustworthy and dishonest as Hillary Clinton must not become president. Of course, a Trump nomination enables her victory," Romney said this morning in an address to the Hinckley Institute of Politics at the University of Utah.
And that was the tip of the iceberg in a scathing speech the former GOP presidential nominee gave of his party’s 2016 campaign front-runner.
"Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud. His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University," Romney said. "He's playing the American public for suckers: He gets a free ride to the White House and all we get is a lousy hat."

How many times have you brought up Cruz now in threads that have nothing to do with Cruz, like this one?
Probably not, but the Mormons in “Public Office” certainly sully the rest of them. Can you say Harry Reid, Jeff Flake, and the guy in Nevada who is running to replace Harry? Harry Reid had his legal education paid for by the Mormon Church. But the Mormons are really no different than the other “religions,” in that they “pay homage” to those of their number who have power, money or both! The Catholics have Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, et. al, and the Jews have any number of folks like Bernie Sanders who besmirch their tenets.

If I recall, the priests of the Sanhedron attacked Christ and conspired to kill Him, calling Him a fraud and blasphemer. Only the outcasts, the disgusting Galilleans and forigner gentiles came to Christ and believed.
I am not suggesting that Trump is Christ, but he surely is taking a lot of flack from the high priesthood that has brought us to this level of serfdom.

You are correct, it is what they are doing. I checked the local news stations and they are sensationalizing what Romney said.
There must be something really bad, that the whole leftist cabal, including the crony Wall Street government and its media, doesn't want an outsider to come in and find out. The whole cabal is going scorched earth in order to try to destroy an outsider like Trump and prevent him from being president. The corruption must run very deep within the whole cabal.
If my prayers are answered, there will eventually be tribunals for all this corruption and for betraying our Constitution. Pray for justice to be done.

That’s one of the things I like about Trump — he gives as well as he gets and more. This will come in very handy against Hillary. Other R-s should learn from him, instead of attacking him.
I also like how Trump fights back. None of this McCain feeble old man with a confused mind act in 2008 and Romney taking slams from the simple-minded Candy Crowley.
