What I kind of thought was disingenuous if not flat out dumbass was Trump feigning little to no knowledge of David Duke (former Klan Grand Wizard), and yet I come across these detailed comments he made when he first ran for president in 2000 (to get the Reform Party nomination) as a moderate centrist [which he truly is] and he quite specifically and in detailed assailed David Duke (and Pat Buchanan in the process).
Selective recall? Or faulty earpiece? Sheesh. Yeah, I know. The dog ate my homework. Another spin to get away from inconvenient truth.

If he was credentialed press, they had to know about his site and should have done their due diligence on getting background info on this guy. Whether a sloppy mistake or not, why give the opposition this type of ammunition? Or is this, yet another example of Trump’s “magnificent strategy?”

It may have been careless to grant an interview (the contents of which are as yet unknown), but it's not as if Trump featured a porn star in one of his ads or anything.
