Collins told FOX News on Wednesday that he has no doubt that New York state is in play with Donald Trump as the Republican nominee for president.
Western New York has been under attack, if you will, with a loss of jobs, jobs that have been stolen and shifted to China. Our industry base has been devastated. Our population in the city of Buffalo is one of the poorest in the nation just after Detroit It comes back to his slogan, Make America Great Again. It resonates in New York. I have no doubt the state of New York is in play with Donald Trump the Republican nominee.
Collins is very confident in his support for Donald Trump and his potential in New York state. His New York district has been hammered by liberal policies over the past several decades.

Is that “Dugout Don”? :-)
I believe he is right.
Already figured this.
Oh, and a link to the source. Pretty good article there. Here's excerpt.
"It's a white-hot anger: molten, incandescent---biblical. I'll bet most of them would pay to stand in line for an opportunity to hold Trump's jacket while he slaughters the establishment's sacred cows. Go ahead, destroy the Republican Party; it's rotten to the foundations. And set fire to the Democrats while you're at it. Tear the whole damned thing down, and start over. Strike fear into these mothers' hearts. Make them groan. Make them wail and gnash their teeth and tear their clothes. Great. What can we do to help?""His supporters realize that Trump presents problems, but they don't give a damn. For years, the American public has been bled white, lied to, cheated, humiliated, manipulated, and kicked in the teeth. Over the last 30 years, their freedom, their laws, their rights, and their culture has been stolen from them. They're staring into a future in which their kids will be illiterate or second-class citizens or both, and may never be able to get a decent job, own their own home, enjoy any of the simple liberties we grew up with, or have a happy family."
I’m sure that Trump can put a lot of states in play. I saw a poll some weeks ago that had him leading Clinton in Michigan, and a poll out today shows him leading Clinton in Ohio by a few points.
While my hopes are currently pinned to the ballot box if democracy does not save America I reserve the right to exercise other options.
For me, he is also spot on re:2012. That was the one that took the wind out of my sails. Our “betters” picked a candidate that lost to McCain. And the Left utterly destroyed him and my hope for a real turnaround. But seeing what has transpired in this election season, tearing a candidate down before a single vote was cast, threats to vote for Hillary, etc. have ripped off what little respect I had left for the Republican “party”. They’ve been partying off of our backs for decades I hope they do make good their threats to leave if Trump gets elected. it won’t be an easy Presidency but the housecleaning will be epic.
Won’t that be the most musical slap to Queen Hillary?! Trump winning NY!
His attack on George Bush is brilliant. There are millions of George Bush haters on all sides. The crybaby republicans who are offended will still vote for him over Hilary. Or they can just stay home and suck their thumb!
The chatter of a Giuliani VP can’t hurt either.
Hang onto that because you will eventually be a Trump supporter...perhaps very soon. ;>)
~~Go Trump Go~~~~Go Trump Go~~~~Go Trump Go~~
Listen to this today. A brief glance into what is coming from NY
hell yes it is
THIS is exactly why we are Trump Supporters!!!
Neither do I. It’s a liberal state.
If we want to win more liberal states, why don’t we put in Sanders as Trump’s V.P.?
Winning!
Because you want to turn the Republican party over to a liberal who will win liberal states? I can see Moveon.org wanting that, but not FreeRepublic.
