There are always some people who will just harp with blame on the bad part of a mixed situation.
Donald’s multiple marriages, for whatever it’s worth, didn’t end in rancor or even battles over the children. They look like marriages of convenience. If the worst marital failures in America all looked like Donald Trump’s marital failures, I would say there would be far, far less chaos in urban jungles.
I went to a doctor earlier this morning. He had graduated from medical school in Baghdad when the Shah of Iran was still in power. Now the Shah didn’t always make his sausages in a most sanitary fashion, and Jimmy Carter got on his case about it, and the result is what we all know now. They know him as an excellent doctor at the clinic. He’d likely never have been here as a doctor had that Shah not been in power.
Thanking God for the goodness in mixed situations is the first step in seeking improvement in them. It’s easy enough to damn. You don’t even need God to do it. The devil is happy to oblige. But the results also look like the devil.

There are bigger issues at stake.
I think that you have taken a cheap shot, and I think it will backfire on you. From what I have read here, on several threads so far, Senator Cruz is not an angel. Yes, as far as we know, he is faithful to his wife, but he has not been honest with those who elected him to the his senate seat. The Canadian citizenship thing and the Goldman Sachs margin loan flap are not exactly the doings of a morally upright man. Neither was the shenanigans that went down in Iowa. The thing is that Trump’s infidelities and divorces are a matter of public record, and are old news, but he has never claimed to be as clean as the wind driven snow. On the other hand, Senator Cruz has practically portrayed himself to be “the most honest guy to ever walk the earth,” while all his political chicanery is news that is fresh in the minds of the voters. I think that these very recent strikes against Senator Cruz will be more a problem for him than will be the past failings for Donald Trump. That’s just my own opinion and so you can believe what you will.
Well he claims he “reads to bible more than anyone” AND he has a “GREAT relationship with God and evangelical VOTERS.” I suppose the next thing he will say is “I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night”. (You know, just to convince the evangelicals he is a regular guy clipping coupons.)
Seems to me that Israel once had a king who did that sort of thing....
