If you can be sued for not baking a cake for a person over this, why canât you be sued for not cutting someoneâs hair over this? As far as the law is concerned, it shouldnât matter which end of the issue youâre coming from. Saw this on Instapundit. You might like this:

Yeah, but she might’ve looked like Skeezix if he cut her hair!

It sounds nice in theory.
But, of course, I wouldn't want an angry homo anywhere near my throat with scissors or any other sharp object.

I’m not sure I would want to have my hair cut by someone who is angry with me.

Darden, who is gay, . . . I had a friend who got a terrible hair cut once and she was sort of distraught about it. I joked that maybe the problem was that her stylist wasn't gay. She said "Oh he's gay, I wouldn't let a straight man cut my hair!"

Just because some people on the other side force their opinions on businesses and people doesn’t mean we should.
It’s his business and labor. Let him serve whoever he chooses.

No,no, no! You use this as a test case. If ruled in favor of the business, use appeal system, hopefully work it up to the supremes. Although with alito’s recent untimely departure, that changes things...

Lawsuit! Religious discrimination against normal people! Sexual orientation is a protected class in New Mexico. I suppose the governor could sue for discrimination based on that.

This has a wide strip of irony, I get that, but practically this case would not go anywhere in court.
First, I can’t imagine a politician damaging their reputation by pursuing the case.
Second, if the case were pursued someone would soon explain to the business owner that a damaging (for his real side) precedent might be set and he could just stop contesting the case in a lower court.

Gay couples should be allowed to get married. So should somber couples.
Now, people of the same sex getting “married” is a different case altogether.

The governor had a retort ready. "I hadn't gone back in ten months, so I guess that decision was made by me long ago," Martinez said about making a hair appointment with Darden to KOAT TV.The governor kinda sorta forgot to advise her aides to stop trying to make an appointment?
Uh huh...
