New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez, once reportedly shortlisted by Mitt Romney's campaign as a possible veep (she says she wasn't interested), fielded questions this week about a hair salon she hasn't visited in months. The reason? Her former hairdresser, Antonio Darden, said he refused to take an appointment by Martinez until she changed her stance on allowing gay couples to get married.
"The governor's aides called not too long ago, wanting another appointment to come in," Darden, who is gay, said to local station KOB TV. "Because of her stances and her views on this I told her aides no."

The governor had a retort ready. "I hadn't gone back in ten months, so I guess that decision was made by me long ago," Martinez said about making a hair appointment with Darden to KOAT TV.

If you can be sued for not baking a cake for a person over this, why can’t you be sued for not cutting someone’s hair over this? As far as the law is concerned, it shouldn’t matter which end of the issue you’re coming from.
To: nickcarraway
Darden, who is gay, . . . What a shock.

Interesting.
If a Christian baker/florist refuses to participate in a ceremony that celebrates the sin of Sodomy, they get sued - and the Law tries to crush them.
If a Christian is refused service by a Sodomite, the Christian goes elsewhere for business.

So Christians are forced to do services for homosexuals, but homosexuals can deny Christians.
Got it and why is this homonazi not being sued then?

Funny how it’s ok to deny service based on someone’s beliefs one way, but not the other. Oh the irony.
