After drawing criticism for anti-gay comments, boxer Manny Pacquiao lost his endorsement contract with Nike.

Pacquiao apologized for his comments, but the apology wasn’t enough for Nike. The company announced Wednesday that it cut ties with the boxer.

I hate it when people bend.

I worked with 50 left wing psychos in a department in NYC.

my left wing psycho b.... boss tried to corner me after 9/11.

What do you think should be done?

she asked that across the room, for everyone to hear.

she kept badgering me, if I was Trump, I could have sued.

Instead I said,

“you know what I think. #### Iran. #### Saudi Arabia. #### North Korea. #### Libya and Syria and use the nukes we paid to build.”

Apologize? GT# out of here.

Two f....ts had to leave the room they were so upset. One other person was shaking.

This ####ing psycho told me once she didn’t know how to tell her kids their grandfathers were war criminals because of Hiroshima, and they were American soldiers.

Manny’s statement was enough for me to say that I will never buy Nike again even at an extreme discount. How’s that work for you, Nike?

That is quite a picture you paint. I have enjoyed it immensely.

It’s the truth. Graphics department at a major Investment Bank in NYC.

I had to endure one fruit singing “dancing queen” while pirouetting across the room.

I said “what the ####!” out loud.

But since I didn’t use any discriminatory words, it was left alone.

Pacquiao apologized for his comments

I hate it when people apologize for telling the truth.

Although I'm for Cruz, I posted many months ago that Trump will do well as long as he doesn't apologize for telling the truth. And he hasn't.

Nike is a pretty successful business. The may have more homosexual customers than those who think it’s ok for a corporate spokesperson to insult their customers. You don’t run a business do you.

No one gets fired or has their contract canceled for criticizing religious views though. They are not being neutral in the culture wars. Don’t kid yourself.

When I was growing up, even the most pagan, anti-Christian peers, even the homosexual ones, would NEVER have even considered the plausibility of recognizing a homosexual couple as being “married” and having the right to adopt children or be foster parents. But even then, if someone had suggested such, it would have been met with ridicule, not vicious attacks that result in huge fines, lost jobs, and even jail time.

Plenty of Nike’s customers also share the sentiments Manny expressed. Many homosexuals, especially the activists ones who want to subvert religious liberty, are far, far worse than animals. They are far more dangerous than any animal also.

The way Nike handled this insults me. I wear Nike, but I will not be buying their products in the foreseeable future.

Maybe that strategy will work for them. Maybe it won’t. The Chick-fil-A boycott sure didn’t hurt that company.

Most of this politically-correct attack against personal liberty was started by homosexual activists in the corporate boardrooms. Long before the laws granting special rights to the homosexual protected-class, the corporations were adding it to their company policies. It was happening before the massive media campaigns swayed popular opinion. It was NOT because it helped the bottom line or investor ROI. It was pure, political activism.

I didn’t say they were being neutral. I said you can take millions of dollars from a company and insult their customers. Manny can say what he wants and you can agree or not and you can boycott Nike. I really don’t care, but Nike made a business call which they had a right to do

I work at WHQ. Color, age, sexual oreientation, don’t matter - what matters is if you can do your job and get along with your team mates. It works.

“Nike made a business call which they had a right to do”

They could have simply canceled his contract without commenting on the merits of his position. They officially share the homosexual activist position. Anyone who thinks homosexual acts are wrong are “abhorrent” to Nike. They think it is okay to call my view abhorrent, but calling deviant sex abhorrent is supposedly wrong.

This is Nike’s statement:

“We find Manny Pacquiao’s comments abhorrent. Nike strongly opposes discrimination of any kind and has a long history of supporting and standing up for the rights of the LGBT community.”

They are openly opposed to social conservatism and traditional beliefs. They claim to oppose discrimination of “any” kind, but they discriminate against conservatives and Christians. They don’t add how Nike has a long history of supporting conservatives and people of traditional faith. (Hint. It’s because they haven’t and they don’t.) They do not want me as a customer.

And you may think it is about the bottom line. It isn’t. Chick-fil-A proves that. The homosexuals attacked Chick-fil-A just because the owner donated to a pro-family group out of his personal fortune. But their boycott backfired because more people agree with the traditional family view. Nike’s decision represents either the personal beliefs of the executives or their realization that they will personally benefit by playing along with the nondiscrimination charade.

Okay. I’ll never buy another Nike product as long as I live. Nice to know. I’ll have to look through my closet and see what I already own. New eBay stuff to sell.

They insult themselves with their nasty behavior. If they even kept it to themselves then fine. But no. They parade it around, demanding approval and benefits. No. It is gross and abnormal and no one will pressure me into saying otherwise.

What about that guy’s freedom? Why are they not forced to accept his beliefs? At least his beliefs are normal.

No one said that Nike didn’t have a right to be pro homo. We also have a right to be anti-Nike. Oh well.

God’s Wrath on Unrighteousness

Romans

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.

24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, 25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality,[c] wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, 30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving,[d] unmerciful; 32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

But there is always hope:

1 Corinthians 6:9-11New King James Version (NKJV)

9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals,[a] nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

They can do what they want. They issued a statement after their spokesman insulted some of their customers. Boycott if you want but it was their business decision
