More than 15 percent of the latest batch of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's emails released Saturday contain classified information, with three of the messages being labeled "secret" -- continuing to add to the questions surrounding her email use.
One of the messages is an extensive missive from David Satterfield, a top U.S. diplomat to Egypt, who told top officials in both the White House and State Department about negotiations in the Sinai. The entire contents of the messages are now deemed "secret," though there is no indication they were marked as such at the time. The message was forwarded to Mrs. Clinton by top aide Jacob Sullivan.
In addition to the three "secret" messages, more than 80 others were marked "confidential" -- the lower level of secrecy -- and also heavily redacted.
The department released 551 messages Saturday in response to a federal judge's order.

What they were marked then has nothing to do with it. She was using a private server and ONLY a private server. That’s the issue. That means there HAD to be top secret info being passed around on unsecured email or are they saying the SOS NEVER got a top secret email?
I'm going with that and I'd bet the FBI investigation will confirm it.

To me, they should have thrown those cankels in jail upon discovery of just one secret email. What the hell is the wait for? I would think she’d want it taken care of soon so Obozo can give her a Presidential Pardon after he leaves office.

Why oh why hasn’t someone stepped forward and issued formal charges against this woman? She is, has been and will always be GUILTY of crime and she still wants to be POTUS. She belongs in prison and there is no “if’s”. “ands” or “buts” about it. GUILTY, GUILTY, GUILTY!!!
People worry more about Cruz being a citizen than what this woman has done her entire career. The bitch stole government property when she left the WH and still nothing was done. You take one damn sheet of paper from some gubmint office and you will be in big trouble but not her. She is NOT the Queen and never should be treated as such.
