What they were marked then has nothing to do with it. She was using a private server and ONLY a private server. That’s the issue. That means there HAD to be top secret info being passed around on unsecured email or are they saying the SOS NEVER got a top secret email?

The question is: when will she be indicted or prosecuted? I’m not holding my breath. HC continues to run for the highest office in the land, and everyone ignores the elephant in the room. Excuse me if I turn totally cynical about “Justice and the Law”. I want to be pleasantly surprised by the final outcome.

The markings are simply a convenient way to help people avoid trouble.
But the Secretary of State, and those who work for her, certainly recognize classified data when they see it. This data was of the type that NEEDED to be protected.
And Hillary and her staff knew that and did not care.
Whether or not the data was marked is completely unimportant.
