What they were marked then has nothing to do with it. She was using a private server and ONLY a private server. That’s the issue. That means there HAD to be top secret info being passed around on unsecured email or are they saying the SOS NEVER got a top secret email?
I'm going with that and I'd bet the FBI investigation will confirm it.
Using her private server is the issue. And, even if not marked, if she is so stupid as to not know what is/should be marked as classified/secret, then she is not even qualified to run a cash register.
