All well and good Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn (Ret.), but you know she will not do this. She needs to win to make her actions legal to avoid any possibility of prosecution. We may even see Obama supply her with this with the stoke of a pen.
It is important to note the Lt. Gen. Flynn is not given to hyperbole or political theater.
