Just what Illinois needs, another day devoid of anything worthwhile. A phony holiday commemorating the very phony birthday of the biggest phony in the country. There is a pretty good example of why the state is rated junk in the finance world.

Ronald Reagan was actually born and grew up in Illinois.
Don't see these law makers jumping thru hoops to get his birthday a state holiday.
What's the difference between Reagan and Obama, that these guys aren't trying to get Reagans birthday as a state holiday?
