Why Did Obama Tell Brazen Lies at the Baltimore Mosque?

That President Obama told a series of brazen lies about Islam in his December 3 Baltimore speech is being well documented by experts on Islam.

Obama bizarrely invented a new translation of the word “Islam” itself, saying incorrectly that the word comes from the same root as the Muslim word for peace — salam, as in, peace be with you. In fact, in Arabic, the word Islam means submission, not peace, meaning submission to Allah and the teachings of his prophet, Mohammad.

Obama also misquoted Islamic scripture in parts of his speech, even going so far as to suggest that Islamic teaching on killing is the same as the Christian, which is patently untrue

Obama's lies about Islam in his Mosque speech last week are reprehensible. As far as I know, no one (apart from a couple of remarks by Trump) is making an issue of this. Where is the rest of the party? Why do Republican leaders remain silent in the face of Obama's brazen lies.

But the root of salam and islam is the same: slm. Roots in Semitic languages are the consonants, related words have the same root. And therein lies the problem: in the Mohammedan conception, peace (salam) and submission (islam) are essentially identified. There are no negotiated peaces between adversaries, only hudnat, pauses or ceasefires in fighting (which Muslims regard it as their right to break whenever it is to their advantage). There is no Islamic analogue of the peace of God which passes all understanding, only servile submission. The only peace Islam knows is the peace between victor and vanquished, between master and slave.

Obama father was Muslim and by Islamic law, Obama was born Muslim and educated in Indonesia as such by his stepfather. The conversion to another faith convey the death penalty by Islamic law, unless is a fake conversion to advance the triumph and advance of Islam. That is called taquiyya.

Islam is derived from the root verb “”al-silm” which means surrender or submission. There are verses in the Qur’an and several hadiths that establish this meaning but this is little more than Dawhaganda to aid the mantra of “religion of peace.” I’ve challenged Muslims on Facebook, Twitter and other places to debate it but most of them give up after Round 1.

Obama is not a master beyond the fact that the gatekeepers in the media along with the Republican establishment will not permit a challenge to his rhetoric. I’m a private citizen but I could crush him in a debate over Islam and I relish opponents that are foolish enough to use Surah 5:32 to prove Islam is a peaceful religion.

The problem is all liberals will believe him and the fact that they never fact-check anything.
