Donald Trump continues to hold a wide lead among likely Republican primary voters in New Hampshire, according to a new CNN/WMUR tracking poll, with the pack vying for second place is beginning to break up.

Behind Trump's field-leading 29% support, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio climbs to second place with 18% following his strong third place finish in Iowa, followed by Ted Cruz (13%) and John Kasich (12%) in a near-tie for third. Jeb Bush holds fifth place at 10%, a hair behind Cruz and Kasich, with Chris Christie and Carly Fiorina well behind at 4% each. The fight for second place between Cruz, Rubio and Kasich remains within the survey's margin of sampling error.

The poll was conducted entirely after the Iowa caucuses.

Cruz needs to drop out before Rubio gains any more ground.

Cruz needs to drop out before Rubio gains any more ground.

Unless he's simply doing the job assigned to him.

Why Cruz is holding his voters Trump I’d dropping fast what happened to his 33 pt lead. If he keeps dropping and Rubio continues to get the voters from the GOPe candidates he will lose to Rubio and he will be finished.

But he continues to whine about Cruz and ignore Rubio what a fool.

Some states have more than others.

This is not surprising. I think Cruz’s numbers will improve now that Rand Paul has dropped out, because Cruz will get some of those votes. NH is a pretty liberal state, so that will explain Yeb!’s 10%.

WMUR usually low balls Trump in NH.

While over here we have Trump in the mid 30s.

Percentages add up to 92%. Iowa proved Trump's support is soft. Not out of the question that Trump could be 0-2 after the next round.

What then?

Trump’s lead 11 and falling like a stone.

Is there a likely voter screen here?? Not really only ‘intend to vote’.

Also the margin of error is 5% and Dont Know /other is at 10% !!!!!

This thing is wide open. Trump falling like a stone, Marco in an undeniable surge and the libertarian Cruz slightly above the RINO fray.

Trump better start REGISTERING people fast at his events or he is in big trouble...

Disclosure:

Cruz is my #1 , Trump #2. Marco dangerous, distant #3. Bush insane with his Mosque ‘outreach’ meme

Your concern for Trump is heart warming, but I don’t think you have to worry about him losing NH.

From other thread on same poll....

34% undecided

37% will not vote Trump - almost 3x Cruz’s “No way” number 13%
