I agree about the media, but I watched the video, and it was plain to see he was reaching down before he was shot. Now whether he was reaching for a gun to shoot someone is not known, but his hands went down.

The recent statement from Lavoy’s family contains the notice that he was reacting to being shot in the side by one of the cowards who killed him.
The family also is providing for their own autopsy of Lavoy’s body.
If Lavoy’s body reveals a gunshot wound to the side, then the FBI, Harney County and the Oregon State Police will be back peddling furiously.
Regardless of the findings of the autopsy, The execution of Lavoy is a major moment in the struggle to take back AMERICA!!!!

It has been suggested that he was reacting to being shot.

Without being able to hear when the shots were fired it is certainly conjecture or anybody’s GUESS as to what “triggered” him reaching accross as he did.

A witness states he was shot three times in the back including his kidneys and a shot grazing his heart.

How do you know it was before he was shot? There wasw no audio- and it’s very likely he had already been shot and could have been reaching to the pain-
