I don’t know anything about Vander Plaats other than what I see in the related threads here. Is there some reason that slamming him on Twitter today is God’s work?

Personal attack? Huh. You haven’t seen anything if you think that is a personal attack. It was a question that you don’t seem intelligent enough to answer or understand. Oh well. Shoo away.

Definitely not. His behavior indicates he may be mentally ill.

He gushes over anyone who says something positive about him but will try to personally destroy with lies anyone who endorses a rival candidate.

And he seems to hold grudges for a long time as well.

He is so thin skinned every little perceived slight bothers him and he can’t let anything go. Trump definitely does not have the temperament to be commander in chief.

“Vander Plaats goes to the same church I go to; I will trust Vander Plaats any day over someone like Trump.”

Do they teach you to monetize your relationship with God in your church? I’ll bet they don’t.

Maybe Vander Plaats and Trump are more similar than you’d feel comfortable admitting. You sell what you have to sell, Trump has much to sell, Vander Plaats has his relationship with God.

Salesmen to the core.

No background provided with details.

I’ll try to enlist Vander plate and see what he charges.

It will not be free. It cannot be. There is no free lunch. Not even for televangelists

Trump reveals himself with attacks on Christians who don’t support him.
Trump says he’s a Christian yet his actions speak make that doubtful

He does these things because he can’t help it. He’s a petty tyrant, over-sensitive grievance collector.

He can’t stand it because Vander Plants endorsed Cruz.

He will tweet.

He will get revenge if he has to tweet all night.

He’s a weak man who’s trying to play a strong one.

“And that it would just be a matter of time before the religious right crossed him and he turned on them/us.”

Well it’s relevant that the Evangelical Leader took free stuff from Trump for himself and his family. Why? because he thought he could. I think at the end of the day it taints his Evangelical credentials as it ought to, and devalues the endorsement from this guy.

Not a bad political strategy. Evangelicals are subject to greed, and hubris, same as everyone else.

Well honestly I see it that way as well.

But isn’t he supposed to have this Jedi, Stealth Ninja deal making jiu-jitsu thing going on? Is he going to close the deal by twittering slams against a guy who’s not even in the race? Boy I guess The Donald is just way too smart for me.

“Trump reveals himself with attacks on Christians who don’t support him.”

No, he attacks a guy who took free stuff from him and then turned around and failed to endorse him. I don’t think Christianity had anything to do with Vander Plaats accepting free hotel rooms, do you?

So enough with the “attacks on Christians” bit.

Only a fool would make such a uninformed; stupid accusation.

You are not familiar with the huge amount of crime and corruption people like Plaats are involved in. A case sample for this election is the Ben Carson campaign. The same people that Newsmax sells your info to that you suddenly start receicing miracle cure emails from, are the same people running Evangelical and conservative campaigns.

Our Founders always thought that our presidents would be the men of the highest character. IS THERE ONE TRUMP SUPPORTER HERE WHO WILL BE DISHONEST ENOUGH TO SAY THAT DONALD TRUMP IS A MAN OF HIGH CHARACTER? He attacks Christians like Bob Vander Plaats, is a serial adulterer, has owned a strip club, has been a Democrat for most of his life and has supported infanticide (partial-birth abortion) for much of his life. Sadly, many of the people of this website who complained about the moral leech BJ Clinton are now supporting Trump. Character counts — and Trump doesn’t have it.

Huckabee exposing Cruz? Now that’s funny — only if you like a man who destroyed the GOP in Arkansas, released a murderer who went on to kill four police officers and doesn’t know when to leave a race. He’s history.

Okay, I’m sitting here in awe and wonderment as I have done every day for a while now.

How has this low-class, vulgar, playground bully man child managed to get people to want him for president.

Not just prefer him but literally worship him.

Because he railed against illegal immigrants? Read the fine print. He’ll welcome them back if they’re his kind of people.

Because he’ll fight ISIS? Why trust him on this? He can be manipulated by flattery. He’s a tweeter, not a fighter.

He thinks big government is fine, high taxes are fine.

A zillion useless harmful government agencies are fine if he can run them.

Vander Plaats has publicly stated that he and his family said they would pay their bill. Boy, I bet he regrets being a guest of Trump.

Trump says he’s a great Christian. I’m examining his actions to confirm that. So far, trump’s not so great a Christian as he lies about those who don’t support him.

It is the same tactic used by Trumpers to excuse everything Trump does.

Attack the person Trump attacks.

Look at the silly little Megyn Kelly thing. Trump’s infantile behavior towards this female reporter is okay because Megyn is (fill in the blank) a bimbo.

They refuse to get it. It is not Megyn. It doesn’t matter what kind of person Megyn is. She is not running for president.

So we have whole threads about how horrible Megyn is and now the stories are gonna come out about how horrible Vander Plants is.

It’s mindless worship, people. We are very close to making a big mistake.

GOOD...I have always detested Vander Putz. He is an arrogant ass, and it would be great to see this would-be kingmaker get burned this year. Although I think Cruz may still pull it out.
